Protein does not equal protein!

What’s curucial is the ratio of the essential amino acids the protein is made of. The Chemical Score, measured on the reference protein of the WHO, shows how much of the nutritional protein intake the human body can actually use for growth and regeneration of body protein.

amineo contains all of the essential amino acids (EAAs, as well as BCAAs in the optimal ratio). To a multi-source blend of highest quality whey protein isolate, hydrolyzed whey protein isolate and egg white protein, further free form essential amino acids are added.

Timing of intake

The perfect time to drink amineo with its free form essential amino acids is right after your workout. But there is nothing wrong with drinking a glass of fresh amineo during the day (even on your rest days). It helps to fuel your amino acid profile in your body and stimulates the protein synthesis.

The Difference
